Educational Links

Below are a number of links that will help your child’s learning, or builds on things they have been doing at school.

All children have Times Table Rockstar log-ins.  Please go on and practise - the more you do it, the quicker you will become!  Every half term plectrums will be awarded to those who move up a category.

Reading Eggs

Reading Eggs is a phonics and reading website that we use to practise our phonics and reading comprehension.  All Puffins and Reception Starfish have a log-in, together with some children in Seal or Orca classes.  Please go on and practise.

Scratch is a programming language and an online community where children can program and share interactive media such as stories, games and animation with people from all over the world. As children create with Scratch, they learn to think creatively, work collaboratively and reason systematically. Scratch is designed and maintained by the Lifelong Kindergarten group at the MIT Media Lab.

This website covers many aspects of British history, including the Greeks, Romans, Anglo-Saxons and Vikings. You can explore learner guides and watch video clips.

 Spelling Shed

All Seal and Orca children have access to Spelling Shed to practise their spellings.

Classroom Secrets

All Puffins, Seals and Orcas have access to Classroom Secrets to support their learning across the curriculum.
