First week back, and it has been a busy week. It was lovely to hear about what the children got up to in their half-term. We went swimming the first day back, a new experience for some and a different experience for others. They all did a great job. We also performed as newsreaders this week by reporting the appearance of The Iron Man. They even added some theme tunes and catchy quotes; see Google Classroom if you want to see them. We also had a recap based on the Easter Story in RE, recapped our numbers in French, and learned classroom instructions whilst playing a game of Jacques Said. We wrote a Big Type based on the Magic Letter. Also, see Google Classroom; the children did a great job. We welcomed Lucy to our class; the children were all very welcoming.
