8th October 2017
This week Key Stage 1 had a great visit to Hetherslaw Mill.  They learnt all about how a mill works, and even got to make some bread.  Have a look on the Class 1 page for some pictures.  Key Stage 2 have started to use the bow on the violin, need I say more?!  In Early Years we have been learning how to make cakes independently using balance scales to measure out the ingredients.
Next week we have got another busy week -
Reception parent lunch on Wednesday - please speak to the office to book a place.
Harvest Festival in the Church on Thursday morning.  Please bring in any produce for the Alnwick Food Bank on Thursday morning for us to take down.
On Friday the PFA have organised a Spooky Spider Drive from 4.30-6 pm.  Everyone is welcome to come along.  There will be small prizes for winning games, and there will be hot dogs, cakes and drinks available.
